1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using NovaTools (toolboxs.tech), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. License & Client Runtime Execution

NovaTools grants you a free, non-exclusive license to use the browser-based utilities for personal and commercial media/document processing.

Because all computation occurs directly on your client hardware, you are solely responsible for ensuring your machine has sufficient memory and CPU capacity to transcode target media.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

NovaTools is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind. While our in-browser processing algorithms are rigorously tested, we advise retaining original backups of all source files.
